300L solvent recovery machine is an efficient and safe industrial environmental protection equipment. Its core features can be summarized into the following five aspects:
I. Efficient recovery and performance parameters
1. Processing capacity and efficiency
(1) Recovery rate: nominally up to 95% (ratio of recovered solvent to solvent content in waste liquid), calculated as a conservative value of 80% in actual application.
(2) Operation cycle: average processing time per batch is about 3 hours (depending on solvent type, concentration and impurity content), and multiple batches can be completed per day.
(3) Cooling method: air-cooled condensation system is adopted, no external cooling water is required, reducing operation and maintenance complexity.
. Precise temperature control and energy consumption
(1) Precise temperature control: heating temperature range 50–200°C, steam temperature setting 0–200°C, supporting precise control of solvents with different boiling points.
(2) Low power consumption design: recovery is completed in advance, and the machine will be shut down in time to reduce power consumption.
2. Safety protection design
1. Multiple safety protection mechanisms
(1) Double shutdown protection: supports fixed temperature shutdown (steam temperature trigger) and timed shutdown to avoid overheating risks
(2) Pressure control: Built-in pressure relief device, when the pressure is too high, it will automatically release the pressure and stop the machine at the same time.
