Customized Configuration Solution Tailored to Client’s Workshop Environment 1.Water-cooled Solvent Recovery Main Unit + 2HP Industrial Chiller (Optional) + Vacuum Negative Pressure Storage Integrated Machine (Optional) The client’s workshop suffers long, sweltering summers with ambient temperatures ranging from 35℃ to 45℃ all season long. To adapt to this harsh high-temperature working condition, the customer customized a complete set combining our water-cooled condensation solvent recycler, matched with a 2-horsepower industrial chiller and a vacuum negative pressure storage all-in-one machine.The supporting 2HP chiller delivers steady constant low-temperature cooling circulation, maintaining outstanding condensation efficiency at all times. It effectively stabilizes the whole distillation system, guarantees continuous safe operation of the main recycling unit under extreme high workshop temperature, and maximizes the solvent recovery rate.Meanwhile, the vacuum negative pressure storage integrated machine creates a negative-pressure closed recovery environment for the whole system, greatly upgrading operational safety. It can temporarily store the purified reclaimed solvent in a sealed negative-pressure state, effectively suppress solvent volatilization to avoid raw material waste. Matched with the distillation host, the whole linked system significantly boosts overall solvent recycling efficiency. 2. Semi-automatic pumping device, saving labor (1) Equipped with an automatic pumping system, replacing manual dumping of waste solvent. Workers no longer need to carry heavy waste liquid tanks, significantly reducing labor intensity and avoiding direct contact with hazardous waste liquids. (2) High-Temperature Residue Filter Bags for Easy Cleaning and Equipment Protection During the painting and cleaning of automotive parts, waste solvents contain a large amount of metal shavings and paint residues. These substances are easily combustible during distillation and adhere to the inside of the tank. Our matching high-temperature recovery bags can completely trap all solid impurities inside the bag. After each batch of distillation, operators only need to remove the filter bag to handle all residues, avoiding direct cleaning of the tank's inner wall, thereby extending the machine's service life and reducing maintenance costs. 3. On-Site Service Support Our professional technical team provides full-process on-site service: forklift unloading, auxiliary component assembly, piping and power connection, trial distillation tests using actual waste solvents, equipment structure introduction, and comprehensive operation training for customer production personnel.
