Automotive Coating Customer On-Site Test – Fast-Diluent Solvent Reaches Near-Virgin Cleaning Performance 2026-07-14 Automotive Coating Customer On-Site Test – Fast-Diluent Solvent Reaches Near-Virgin Cleaning Performance Date: July 14, 2026 Source: JBETEP Solvent Recovery Machine Manufacturer (Chongqing JBETT Environmental Protection) A valued client from the automotive coating industry visited our factory today to conduct a full simulation test of waste super fast-drying thinner with our vacuum solvent recycling equipment, achieving impressive recycling and cleaning results that fully satisfied the customer’s production demands. 1. Test Raw Material & Weight Data The customer brought waste super fast-drying thinner generated from automotive painting and parts cleaning processes for on-site distillation recovery testing. We recorded full weight data throughout the whole trial: Original waste solvent drum gross weight 1: 23.75 KG Original waste solvent drum gross weight 2: 24.10 KG Total recovered clean solvent output: 35.90 KG The gross weight of two waste solvent drums is 47.85 KG, with a tare weight (empty drum) of 2.5 KG, so the net weight of waste super fast-drying thinner fed into the machine is 45.35 KG. The total regenerated solvent includes 35.90 KG of collected clean solvent plus around 2 KG taken out for on-site cleaning test, barrel rinsing and sample storage. The comprehensive solvent recovery rate of this on-site test reaches approximately 83.57%. The clear, transparent regenerated solvent after distillation formed a stark contrast against the original dark, contaminated waste thinner, visually verifying our equipment’s strong impurity separation capacity. 2. Continuous Stable Distillation Process Recording Our technical team tracked and documented real-time working parameters every 15 minutes during the entire recycling cycle, including heating oil temperature, vacuum negative pressure, steam temperature, flow status and distillate quality: The machine ran stably under segmented temperature control from 36°C up to a maximum heating oil temperature of 176°C, with steady negative pressure maintained around -0.001MPa. Continuous fine, smooth distillate outflow was sustained for long periods with no surging or blockage. Impurities like paint sludge, resin glue and metal dust were fully intercepted and left in the residue tank after recovery. All operation data was logged in our official JBETEP solvent recycling test report, forming complete traceable records for the customer’s reference. 3.
