Product Description

90L Solvent Recovery Machine with Vacuum Negative Pressure Storage Tank

丨Product Overview

The JBETT TE-90 is an explosion-proof, PLC-controlled industrial solvent recovery machine designed for small to medium batches of waste solvent regeneration. This integrated system, used in conjunction with the BE-90 vacuum negative pressure storage tank, enables fully sealed solvent recovery from dirty to clean, colorless solvent storage, achieving a recovery efficiency of up to 95%. The vacuum-assisted design significantly lowers the boiling point of high-boiling solvents, reduces thermal decomposition, and minimizes VOC emissions throughout the recovery process.

丨Key Features & Advantages

Explosion-Proof Design (ExdbIIBT3/T4Gb)CE Explosion-proof certificate.pdf

Certified explosion-proof enclosure and electrical components ensure safe operation when handling flammable organic solvents such as toluene, xylene, MEK and acetone in Zone 1/Zone 2 hazardous areas.

Vacuum Negative Pressure Storage

The BE-90 storage tank operates under negative pressure, drawing distilled solvent directly into a sealed reservoir. This eliminates solvent volatilization, improves workplace safety, and enables recovery of high-boiling-point and heat-sensitive solvents.

PLC Automated Control PLC

Intelligent PLC system with touch-screen HMI allows one-button operation: automatic heating, distillation, cooling, and shutdown. Supports continuous 24-hour operation with real-time temperature and pressure monitoring.

95% Recovery Efficiency

High-efficiency heat transfer oil indirect heating combined with a powerful condenser achieves a solvent recovery rate of up to 95%. The recovered solvent purity is close to that of virgin solvent and can be directly used in production.

Note: The 95% theoretical solvent recovery rate was obtained under standard laboratory testing conditions: no impurity solvent (toluene), boiling point ≤150℃, and free from paint residue, polymer precipitates, pigments, and high-boiling-point contaminants.

Dual Cooling Options

Air-cooled or water-cooled condensation available to match your facility infrastructure. Both configurations ensure rapid vapor liquefaction and consistent recovery performance.

Fully Sealed Recovery Process

The entire process, from waste solvent infeed to clean, colorless solvent collection, remains sealed. This significantly reduces volatile organic compound emissions, protects operator health, and ensures compliance with environmental regulations.

How It Works — Distillation & Vacuum Recovery Process

The JBETT TE-90 solvent recovery machine operates on the principle of distillation separation combined with vacuum negative pressure collection. The process consists of four stages:

1.Feeding & Heating: Waste solvent is loaded into the stainless steel distillation tank. Heat transfer oil indirectly heats the tank wall, raising the solvent to its boiling point without direct contact between the heating element and the solvent.

2.Evaporation & Distillation: Solvent vapor rises and enters the condenser. Non-volatile contaminants (resins, pigments, oils, solids) remain in the tank as residue, which can be easily discharged after each cycle.

3.Condensation: The vapor is rapidly cooled and liquefied in the condenser (air-cooled or water-cooled), converting back into pure liquid solvent.

4.Vacuum Negative Pressure Storage: The BE-90 storage tank creates a negative-pressure environment that automatically draws the condensed purified solvent into a sealed reservoir. This vacuum-assisted collection prevents solvent volatilization, lowers the effective boiling point for high-boiling-point solvents, and ensures the entire recovery pathway remains fully enclosed.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1: What is the recovery rate of the TE-90 solvent recovery machine?

A: The TE-90 achieves a recovery efficiency of up to 95%, depending on the solvent type, initial contamination level, and operating parameters. The recovered solvent purity is comparable to virgin solvent and can be directly reused in most production processes.

Q2: How long does one recovery cycle take?

A: The average processing time is approximately 4 hours per 90L batch, though this varies by solvent boiling point and ambient conditions. The machine supports continuous 24-hour operation, with a daily output of 90–200L under 12-hour operation.

Q3: What is the purpose of the vacuum negative pressure storage tank?

A: The BE-90 vacuum storage tank serves three key functions:

(1)  Provide negative pressure for the recovery environment, making recovery safer;

(2)  Temporarily store the recovered clean solvent;

(3) Used with the main unit to   improve recovery efficiency;

Q4: Is the machine explosion-proof? Can it handle flammable solvents?

A: Yes. The TE-90 carries an explosion-proof rating of ExdbIIBT3/T4Gb and is certified for safe operation with flammable organic solvents in hazardous area environments. All electrical components are housed in certified explosion-proof enclosures.

Q5: Can the machine handle mixed solvents?

A: Yes, the system supports recovery of mixed solvents such as paint thinners and blended cleaning agents. However, for solvents with significantly different boiling points, fractional distillation may be recommended to achieve higher purity separation. Please consult our technical team for your specific solvent mixture.

Q6: What voltage and frequency options are available?

A: The standard configuration is 380V/50Hz three-phase. We can customize for 220V, 415V, 440V, and 60Hz to match your local power supply. Single-phase options may be available for smaller configurations — please inquire.

Q7: How is the machine installed and commissioned?

A: The machine arrives pre-assembled and requires only connection to power supply, cooling water (if water-cooled option is selected), and exhaust ventilation. We provide detailed installation manuals and video guidance. Optional on-site commissioning by our engineer is available.

Q8: What is the warranty period?

A: We offer a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, with lifetime technical support. Wear parts (heating elements, seals, filters) are available at factory cost.
