The core components of the entire machine are made of SUS304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant, effectively resisting chemical erosion from solvents such as thinner, acetone, and alcohol. The equipment has passed the national explosion-proof certification and is equipped with dual systems. It can be started with one button, and has intelligent monitoring for the temperature of the heat transfer oil, steam temperature and the pressure inside the reactor, with a single processing capacity of ≥ 300 liters.
