A valued client from the automotive coating industry visited our factory today to conduct a full simulation test of waste super fast-drying thinner with our vacuum solvent recycling equipment, achieving impressive recycling and cleaning results that fully satisfied the customer’s production demands.
1. Test Raw Material & Weight Data
The customer brought waste super fast-drying thinner generated from automotive painting and parts cleaning processes for on-site distillation recovery testing. We recorded full weight data throughout the whole trial:

2. Continuous Stable Distillation Process Recording
Our technical team tracked and documented real-time working parameters every 15 minutes during the entire recycling cycle, including heating oil temperature, vacuum negative pressure, steam temperature, flow status and distillate quality:
- The machine ran stably under segmented temperature control from 36°C up to a maximum heating oil temperature of 176°C, with steady negative pressure maintained around -0.001MPa.
- Continuous fine, smooth distillate outflow was sustained for long periods with no surging or blockage.
- Impurities like paint sludge, resin glue and metal dust were fully intercepted and left in the residue tank after recovery.
