Only at your trusted distillation supplier, JBETT.
Our JBETT solvent distillation recovery bags — also known as still liners, high-temperature-resistant solvent recovery bags, or sludge collection bags — are manufactured from premium PA66 nylon film, engineered specifically for batch solvent distillation systems.
During distillation, solid contaminants, resin, pigment, ink sludge, and heavy residues are trapped inside the bag instead of sticking and baking onto the heating boiler wall. Once the distillation cycle finishes, you simply lift out the whole bag with the dry sludge inside. No chiseling, no scraping baked residue, and no lengthy tank cleaning work.
This liner bag protects the heating chamber, preserves heat transfer efficiency, reduces maintenance downtime, and lowers your risk of direct contact with hazardous waste solvents.
Our bags show stable resistance to most common industrial solvents, including IPA, acetone, ethyl acetate, toluene, xylene, DMF, hydrocarbon cleaners, thinners, and mixed waste solvent. They are widely used in printing, textile coating, paint shops, electronics cleaning, adhesive, composite material, and pharmaceutical extraction industries.

We fully support custom width, length, and thickness. If your machine tank is non-standard, send us your boiler inner diameter, tank height, and working temperature, and we will produce matched distillation bags for you.
A: Premium PA66 nylon film, formulated for high-temperature distillation and organic solvent resistance. Normal PE plastic bags cannot be used here, as they melt under distillation heat.
A: Continuous operating temperature ≤200°C; short peak temperature up to 250°C. Not suitable for distillation running steadily above 220°C. Tell us your solvent boiling temperature if you work with high-boiling-point solvents.
A: We recommend single-cycle disposable use. After distillation, sludge becomes brittle and sharp; reusing will greatly increase the risk of bag rupture and boiler contamination.
A: Good for IPA, acetone, MEK, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, toluene, xylene, mixed thinner, hydrocarbon cleaner, and DMF. Not recommended for strong corrosive acid or strong alkali solvent systems.
A: For custom dimension or thickness, the MOQ is 500 pcs. Standard sizes have flexible small-batch support, and we keep stock for fast delivery.
A: Standard stock bags: 7–15 working days. Customized bags: 15–25 working days after sample confirmation.
A: Yes, we provide samples for a fee, with shipping costs to be covered by the buyer. We recommend conducting a distillation test using your actual waste solvents before proceeding with a bulk purchase.
A: Yes, JBETT also provides solvent recovery machines, gaskets, thermal oil, condensers, and other spare components.
