How To Get Correct Distillation Bag Size
To ensure a perfect fit and avoid any compatibility issues, please provide the following information:
1. Clear photos of the original distillation bag (including an overall view and a close-up of the opening area);
2. Key dimensions: bag diameter, effective length, and material thickness; Length (mm) × Width (mm) × Thickness (μm) (Is the opening on the long side or the wide side?);
3. Required temperature resistance;
4. Chemical composition of the solvent to be processed;
If you do not have an original spare bag for reference, please measure the equipment's inner chamber and provide the following two sets of data:
(1) Inner chamber diameter;
(2) Effective inner chamber depth: measure the distance from the bottom of the chamber to the sealing surface of the lid (not the top edge of the tank).
Upon receipt of these specifications, we will confirm the appropriate distillation bag size for you.
Packaging and Shipping
Standard company cartons or neutral export packaging are used. Distillation bags are supplied as consumable accessories. They can be shipped separately or bundled with the solvent recovery machine. Relevant customs clearance documents are available, including the Commercial Invoice (CI), Packing List (PL), Certificate of Origin (CO), Safety Data Sheet (SDS), and material test reports.
