Our distillation bags (also known as solvent recovery bags or high-temperature resistant recycling bags) are supporting consumables for solvent recovery distillation machines, produced by Chongqing JBETT Environmental Technology, the professional manufacturer of solvent recycling equipment.

Made of high-quality PA nylon composite material, our solvent distillation bags feature excellent high-temperature resistance, solvent corrosion resistance and strong tensile properties. When waste solvent is heated and distilled inside the recovery machine, the distillation bag holds residues, solid sludge, paint slag and pigment sediments. After distillation completes, users can simply take out the bag together with waste residue, which greatly simplifies cleaning work of the distillation kettle.

Traditional solvent distillation tank cleaning takes hours of manual scraping. With our distillation bags, you just remove the bag and discard solid waste, saving massive labor time and avoiding direct contact with hazardous waste solvent.

It is placed inside the distillation kettle to capture paint sludge, pigment solids and residues during waste solvent heating distillation. After distillation finishes, you can take the whole bag out with solid waste, avoiding manual scraping of the tank and reducing direct contact with hazardous waste.

A: The continuous working temperature is up to 200℃, which meets the distillation temperature requirement for most waste solvents such as ethyl acetate, acetone, heptane, ethanol and paint thinner.

A: Our bags adopt reinforced hot-press sealing edge technology. Under normal operating temperature and standard working conditions, it can effectively prevent cracking and residue leakage.
Tips: Do not overload solid sludge beyond the bag capacity, avoid sharp solids piercing the bag.

Q9: How to install the distillation bag into the recovery tank?

A: Open the bag and lay it flat inside the distillation kettle, turn the bag edge over the kettle flange and fix it evenly. Then pour waste solvent into the bag. After distillation and cooling, take out the bag with residue.
Important: Cool down the kettle completely before taking out the bag to avoid scalding.
