We have successfully completed a custom sample recovery test for customer’s waste anhydrous ethanol. Complete & Accurate Test Data

The whole test was conducted under standard experimental conditions with an ambient temperature of 23℃. The distillation outlet temperature was stably maintained at 76℃, and the boiling point range was controlled at 76℃-78℃, which matches the standard distillation parameters of anhydrous ethanol.

Net weight of waste anhydrous ethanol solution: 20.35KG
After professional distillation treatment, we obtained 2 barrels of purified clean solvent with a total gross weight of 18KG (single empty barrel weight: 0.55KG). During the test, 210ML of solvent was reserved for sample inspection and about 500ML overflow occurred. Excluding minor splashing loss and condenser residual, the net weight of recovered clean solvent reached 17.61KG. Calculated based on the total net waste anhydrous ethanol feed of 20.35KG, the comprehensive solvent recovery rate of this test is 86.5%. The calculation covers effective recovered solvent, retained test samples and accidental overflow volume, which authentically reflects the true and stable recovery efficiency of our equipment in actual industrial working conditions.

Excellent Recycled Solvent Quality & Optimizable Recovery Rate

The residual substance after distillation is liquid with a weight of 1KG. Test results verify that the residual liquid can be fully evaporated by extending the distillation time appropriately. After further deep distillation, the recyclable solvent in the residue can be fully recovered, which can lift the maximum comprehensive recovery rate up to 91%+. Under the standard temperature of 23℃, the concentration of recycled anhydrous ethanol is stably between97.4% and 98.5%. The recovered solvent is colorless, transparent and impurity-free, which fully meets industrial production reuse standards and can be directly reused in production processes.
